Terms of Service & Privacy Notice

Last updated September 18, 2026

1. Acceptance and permitted use

By enabling remote telemetry, signing in, or using this service, you agree to these terms. You must own the miner or be authorized to manage it, and you must not interfere with the service, other devices, or security controls.

2. Service and equipment responsibility

The service provides telemetry, history, alerts, diagnostics, and remote controls. It is provided on a best-effort, “as available” basis. You remain responsible for safe miner settings, electrical and network conditions, pool credentials, backups, and verifying remote commands. Incorrect fan, voltage, frequency, pool, power, or reboot commands may interrupt mining or damage equipment.

3. Data we collect

We collect your verified email, authentication and security records, access information, remote commands and results, and the telemetry JSON sent by your miner. Telemetry may include device identifiers, miner name, local IP address, firmware version, temperatures, fan speeds, hashrates, power readings, pool addresses and statistics, tuning settings, shares, alert preferences, and device events.

4. How data is used and shared

We use this data to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the dashboard; store history; deliver alerts and commands; diagnose faults; provide support; and process warranty or RMA requests. We may share only reasonably necessary contact, device, diagnostic, warranty, and support data with service providers, including HeliumDeploy.com, for RMA administration, support tickets, service communications, and email delivery.

Product-drop or other promotional emails may be sent by Harlo or HeliumDeploy.com only where you have separately consented or where otherwise permitted by law. Accepting these terms is not, by itself, consent to marketing. Marketing emails must identify the sender and provide a working unsubscribe method.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse or security incidents, protect users or property, or as part of a business sale or reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention, choices, and security

Data is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Disabling telemetry stops future miner submissions but does not automatically erase prior records. Removing a miner from the dashboard only hides it. You may contact Harlo support to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Availability and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, complete history, alert timing, command execution, mining revenue, or prevention of equipment failure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harlo and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

7. Changes and termination

We may update or discontinue the service and revise these terms. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time by disabling remote telemetry.
